A tracking number is provided with every purchase to ensure packages arrive quickly and safely.
We endeavor to pack and process your order within 3 days, due to weekends, public holidays, and high order volumes, it may occasionally take a few days before your purchase is completed.
Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must submit a claim to the carrier in this highly uncommon circumstance.
If your package is returned to us due to address issues (that you have provided us), you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package.
